This Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot is made with fruits of outstanding quality from Villa Maria's Gimblett Gravels vineyards in Hawkes Bay. This 75/25 blend is a stunning example of the red wines from this region. Deeply coloured, this beautifully complex wine is abundant in Cassis, plum and dried herb notes. A rich and palate possessing fine tannins completes this full bodied wine.
