Usage: Colostrum powder assist with metabolising or burning fat, building muscle, accelerating healing, enhanced energy and well-being. May also be beneficial for intestinal and bowel problems immune support, inflammation, asthma and allergies.

Dosage: 1-2 teaspoons powder twice daily followed by a large glass of water.
